REIGNITING THE SPIRT OF JAZZ ARTS

JTAUK has been established to provide our UK Jazz dance theatre practitioners and the wider jazz arts community, access to explore and experience the artistic and creative representation and value of the Jazz Dance, Music & Theatre Art Form.

Created by Creatives - the organisation opens a platform to galvanise a movement towards achieving greater visibility, equality and diversity, by which we can serve and access the historical and cultural lineage of the Jazz idiom. Through an EDI portal we can further support the future journey of jazz dance education and jazz theatre performance within our British Dance Arts sectors.

JTAUK recognise the importance of bringing together a community of like-minded jazz practitioners, partners and supporters, to develop a powerful voice, that can speak to and on behalf of our UK Jazz Theatre Arts community and practices of the form.

JTAUK recognise, now is the time to instigate real and long-lasting change, so that this unique art form is given the platform and the support it so richly deserves.
